Weddings have a soul of their own. This inspires us to take a daring path, creating bespoke wedding films that are truly distinct and defy convention. This original vision from our early years remains the heartbeat that pushes our art further today.

After exiting the corporate sector, Madeline channeled her professional background in architecture & art to express her creative vision through filmmaking, a lifelong passion. I was inspired to quit my "safe" job and embark on this journey by her side.

Love is a profound inspiration for art. First and foremost, Editelling represents the sensitivity and emotional depth of Madeline’s creative self; an artist relentlessly searching for perfection and originality. And like any great artist, Madeline needed my systematic approach and business expertise to help bring Editelling to life.

Attempting to master every role inevitably dilutes the final piece, and we recognized this early. While the industry standard often accepts the compromises of a generalist approach, our previous careers taught us a different truth: to achieve a truly exquisite, cinematic experience, one must elevate the process by collaborating with dedicated specialists.

The cornerstone of our vision rests on a discipline that is far too often marginalized in conventional wedding videography: the edit. It is undeniably the most complex and vital phase of any visual narrative. It is a demanding and essential discipline, the invisible craft that elevates a simple recording into a masterpiece.

Video editing is where the story finds its heartbeat, where raw emotion is refined, paced, and powerfully delivered. Much like an architect transforming raw materials into a breathtaking structure, a specialized video editor creates and orchestrates an emotional experience. Without a dedicated editor, the soul of the film is unfinished.

We began our journey with the purpose to introduce the exacting standards of Hollywood filmmaking into the wedding sphere. We dedicated ourselves completely to the art of the edit, refining our craft by learning the very foundation of Hollywood video editing. Our efforts brought in collaborations with industry leaders like Ray Roman, Alberto D’Aria & Cordes Studio to name a few.

This is how “EDITELLING” was born.

Our natural progression was to attract like-minded professionals, allowing Editelling to evolve into a collective of dedicated video artists. Together, through our a la carte offers, we innovate the space, we craft complete visual narratives, discovering and telling profound stories for couples who are as unique and discerning as we are.

Now, we’re ready to fulfill our mission.
